Claiming it, step by step

  1. Deposit at least once during Monday, UTC (from 10am or 11am Monday in Sydney until the same time Tuesday).
  2. Play the Games of the Month.
  3. If you finish the UTC day down on those games, 5% is credited automatically at midnight UTC.

How the offer works

Cashback works the other way round from a deposit bonus: it pays out only when you lose. At the end of Monday (UTC) RubyReels totals your net losses on the Games of the Month and returns 5% as bonus money, up to €50. A winning day returns nothing, because there is nothing to return.

Two conditions trip people up. You must have deposited on the Monday itself, not earlier in the week, and only play on the featured games counts. What time does the cashback arrive in Australia?

Midnight UTC is 10am in Brisbane, 10am or 11am in Sydney and Melbourne depending on daylight saving, and 8am in Perth, on Tuesday morning.

Is it 5% of what I bet or of what I lost?

Of what you lost overall on the Games of the Month that day, capped at €50. Lose A$300 net on those games and A$15 comes back; win on the day and nothing does.
