Claiming it, step by step

  1. Log in on a Tuesday (UTC) and open the cashier.
  2. Enter the code RELOAD in the bonus code field, then confirm a deposit of A$30 or more.
  3. The 20% bonus is credited with the deposit.

How the offer works

The reload is a small, simple match for players already past the welcome package. Deposit A$100 with the code and A$20 of bonus is added; the €100 cap (about A$160) is reached with a deposit of roughly A$800.

The code is the whole mechanism. Type RELOAD into the bonus code field before you confirm the deposit; a code entered afterwards doesn’t attach to the payment, and the offer can only be used once each Tuesday, so a missed code can’t be retried until the following week.

Wagering is 35x, lower than the welcome bonuses, and the bonus money can win up to €1,000 or equivalent.

The terms that matter

  • Available once, on Tuesdays (UTC).
  • Wagering is 35x.
  • Minimum deposit: A$30, or 20 EUR, 20 USD, 30 NZD or the other equivalents the casino lists.
  • The bonus issued is available for 7 days.
  • Maximum win from the bonus money: €1,000 or equivalent.

A plain-English summary of the casino’s promotion. If it differs from the casino’s full bonus terms, shown when you sign up, the casino’s terms win. For wagering, time limits and win caps in general, see Wagering explained.

When is Tuesday, for this offer, in Australia?

From 10am or 11am on Tuesday until the same time on Wednesday, Sydney time, because the casino counts the day in UTC. A deposit at 9am Tuesday in Sydney is still Monday to the casino.

Why didn’t RELOAD work?

Usually the deposit was under A$30, the code went in after the payment, it was outside the UTC Tuesday, or the code had already been used that week. Live chat can check with your deposit reference.
