RubyReels bonus questions
Not answered here? RubyReels support is on live chat 24/7.
Contact supportWho can claim the RubyReels welcome bonus?
Anyone 18 or over in Australia opening their first RubyReels account. Existing players get the weekly promotions instead.
Is there a RubyReels promo code for the welcome bonus?
No. The welcome bonus attaches itself to your qualifying first deposit, and the second and third deposit bonuses work the same way. RubyReels keeps its codes, RELOAD, FREESPINS and REFILL, for the weekly offers; the promo code page lists them.
What is the whole package worth?
Up to A$5,000 and 200 free spins over three deposits: 100% up to A$2,000 with 100 spins, 75% up to A$1,000 with 50, then 50% up to A$2,000 with 50, plus a daily Wheel of Fortune for a week. See all promotions.
What does the wagering mean?
40x, on both the bonus and the free spins. Bonus money and what it wins can only be withdrawn once bets totalling that multiple have been placed. Wagering explained works through the numbers.
Can I take the bonus without playing it?
No. It is bonus money, not cash, until the wagering is finished within the time limit. To keep your deposit as plain cash, tell live chat before you pay and ask for the bonus to be left off.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. RubyReels runs in the browser on iPhone and Android, and sign-up, deposits, the bonus and the free spins all work there.
